Any refunds will incur a 10% administration fee (to offset RIVICA Investigations & Covert Solutions Pty Ltd administration costs) in accordance with the following: • If a student cancels enrolment in a course with more than 2 weeks’ notice e.g. greater than 14 calendar days, a refund of fees/deposits will be paid - minus a 10% (total course cost) administration fee • If a student cancels enrolment in a course with less than 2 weeks’ notice e.g. less than 14 calendar days’ notice, students will forfeit all fees and any deposits paid - Applications for a refund maybe forward to the Director - ALL requests for refunds must be in writing - The refund policy only becomes effective when RIVICA Investigations & Covert Solutions Pty Ltd receives the letter of refund request - Refunds will be paid within 30 days after your refund request has been approved - If RIVICA Investigations & Covert Solutions Pty Ltd cancels a course, a full refund will be issued or you can transfer to another scheduled course. I understand that I must bring a road worthy vehicle and it is my responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is insured.
I understand that to secure my position on the course, that a deposit of $500 must be made within twenty four (24) hours of this enrolment.
I understand that once enrolled, I will receive an invoice for the balance of the fees outstanding a week before the commencement date, and if payment is not made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice, I may lose my place on the course
